Calendar View

Click the calendar icon in the top right of the Events page to view the Events calendar view.

The Calendar view provides a list of all scheduled events over a selected time and date range.

Use the following features to customize and improve your calendar view:

• Filters - Click the Filters dropdown to filter by Event type, Event status, Device model, Group, or specific Device.

• X ongoing - if there are any ongoing events, click to highlight the ongoing events in the calendar.

• X scheduled - if there are any scheduled events, click to highlight the scheduled events in the calendar.

• X completed - if there are any completed events, click to highlight the completed events in the calendar.

• Refresh schedule - click to refresh.

• Left and right arrows - click to move to previous or next week or day in the calendar, depending on your current view.

• Hours to view - select between the range of hours that contain events or all hours in a 24 hour period.

• Calendar date - click a date in the calendar to display all events on that date. Click the X next to the date in the calendar to return to weekly view.

Monitor events on a specific device

There are two ways to access events on a specific device in Epiphan Edge:

• Click Edge > All Devices, select the device, then click Events

• Click Events, then click on the device in the list or calendar of events. Note that you can only access your device this way if there are ongoing, upcoming, or recently completed events on this device.

Note: If you create an event on a Pearl device and it is not immediately visible in Epiphan Edge, refresh the page.
