Reboot or delete Pearl devices

You can reboot your Pearl devices remotely from Epiphan Edge and delete a device from your Epiphan Edge team. With an Epiphan Edge Premium plan, you can reboot or delete multiple Pearl devices at the same time. The device must be paired to a team to perform this procedure.

A paired EC20 camera can be deleted from your Epiphan Edge team in the same way. Remote reboot from Epiphan Edge applies to Pearl devices.

Deleting a device instance completely removes cloud access to the device and deletes any cloud-generated content associated with that device instance. If you pair the device again, a new device instance is created that has no association with any previous instances or the associated content.

Rebooting causes a service disruption for the length of time it takes for the device to recover. It can take some time for the device to fully recover so please be patient.
