# Register Pearl device with Epiphan servers

**⚠️ Required**

It is required to register your Pearl device with Epiphan servers and update to at least firmware **4.24.5**. If the Pearl device is not updated or registered to the Epiphan servers, the application containers that EchoVideo (Echo360) uses for the integration cannot be downloaded.

1. Navigate to [Epiphan's Product Registration form](https://www.epiphan.com/support/product-registration/) and fill out the form.
2. After you register your device(s), if you receive a message from the Epiphan website to check your email, please check your junk and filtered email for a confirmation email.
3. Confirm by clicking the link in the email.
4. Reach out to your EchoVideo (Echo360) representative to obtain the required Pearl firmware download.
5. Upgrade the Pearl device firmware using the Pearl Admin panel by navigating to **Firmware Upgrade** (bottom left), then choose the firmware file provided to you and click **Apply**. You can also upgrade from Epiphan Edge if the device is paired with Epiphan Edge.

If registering multiple Pearl devices using the form above, you can comma separate your serial numbers in the serial number field (serial#, serial#, serial#, etc.) **or** upload a CSV with each serial number on a new row in the first column.
