View scheduled CMS events and history

Applies to: Pearl-2, Pearl Mini, Pearl Nexus, Pearl Nano.

Using the Admin panel, select the Events menu to see up to 90 days depending on the CMS platform, shortest being Panopto (1 week) of upcoming scheduled events and up to 90 days of ongoing and completed events for Pearl device. Click the page arrows at the bottom of each list to navigate through multiple pages. The Events page updates to show new events at least every hour. Click Refresh schedule at any time to manually update the Events page. The Events page only displays when a CMS is enabled on Pearl device. If the time and zone settings of Pearl device are out of synchronization with the CMS scheduling server, an error appears on the Events page when you refresh the schedule. Configure the time settings on Pearl device to match the time and zone of the CMS scheduling server, see Configure date and time. For Panopto and EchoVideo events, an administrator can re-upload the recordings associated with a previous event by clicking the Re-upload button for that event (EchoVideo: firmware 4.24.6 or newer). From the touch screen on Pearl device, you can tap the Scheduled events icon at any time to display the Events screen. The icon appears when any CMS is enabled on Pearl device. The Events screen displays automatically on the touch screen of Pearl device about five minutes before a scheduled event starts. For events with more channels than can be previewed at the same time on the touch screen, an arrow appears so you can scroll through a carousel of channel previews. Device differences

• Pearl Nexus: Pearl Nexus has no screen; view the Events page using the Admin panel, Epiphan Edge, or third-party control.
• Pearl Nano: Pearl Nano cannot display the Channel preview on the Events screen.
• Pearl Nano: Re-upload is available for Panopto events only; Pearl Nano does not support EchoVideo (Echo360).
