# Epiphan Connect Information

Epiphan Connect empowers you to extract individual video and audio feeds of Microsoft Teams or Zoom participants and shared screens, and transport them into your production tools via SRT. SRT extractions from Connect can be routed seamlessly to Pearl devices and Unify projects paired to the same Epiphan Cloud Team, but also to any other device/software that accepts SRT Caller or Listener modes. It is recommended that Connect remains the “Listener” to avoid many possible firewall issues. Connect does not support NTP or PTP configuration, like the Pearl devices and Unify projects does, however, all SRT extractions from Connect are embedded with UTC timestamps. When streaming to Pearl devices and Unify projects SRT extractions are synced automatically.
