Sign up for an Epiphan Connect subscription plan

A paid subscription is required to use Epiphan Connect. To sign up for an Epiphan Connect Plan:

• Log in to your Epiphan Cloud account at https://go.epiphan.cloud.

• You must be the Owner of a Team in Epiphan Cloud to interact with Billing and Usage.

• In the navigation panel, then click Billing and Usage.

• In the Epiphan Connect area, click Subscribe now.

• Choose from the PRO plan or the ENTERPRISE plan based on your usage needs. Based on your decision, select either Add billing info or Talk to sales. If you Talk to sales about an ENTERPRISE plan, the sales team will guide you through the rest of the process and you can stop this procedure.

• If you selected Add billing info for a PRO plan, enter your billing information and click Confirm billing information.

Click Subscribe in the PRO panel. Click Yes, Subscribe to confirm your subscription. Billing invoice details

To access your Epiphan Connect invoice you will first need to log into your Epiphan Edge account as the Owner of the Team, then click Settings in the left hand navigation pane, and then Billing and Usage.

Once on the Billing and Usage, page scroll down and click on the Epiphan Connect tab to view the current invoice.

Here is a sample invoice with certain parts highlighted; the explanation of these areas is found below.

• This displays the invoice number, the date of issue, and due date for payment.

• This displays the name of the person being billed as well as their email address.

• This is the number of units being charged for this invoice, listed in seconds.

• This is the price-per-second cost of Epiphan Connect being billed in this period.

• This is the monthly subscription fee of Epiphan Connect being billed in this period.
