# EC20 audio configuration

The EC20 audio configuration controls the camera's audio input and encoding settings from the web interface.

Once you've accessed the web-based user interface of the EC20 you would navigate to the **Audio** section to modify the below settings.

### Audio Settings

**Audio Switch:** Toggle the audio on or off.

**Audio Type:** See the audio type, AAC.

**Sample Rate:** Set the sample rate to 48K. The EC20 does not support the 44.1 kHz audio sample rate; support for 44.1 kHz was removed.

**Bit Rate:** Set the audio bit rate to 96K or 128K.

**Input Type:** Select the audio input, either the Line In, built-in Microphones, or Dante. A complimentary Dante license must first be activated using the Audinate Activator software.

**Input Volume:** Modify the volume of the audio source.

**ADTS (Audio Data Includes Timestamp):** Toggle whether the audio data includes a timestamp or not.
