# Video and audio inputs

Pearl-2 provides the widest input selection, including two 4K-capable HDMI inputs and two 12G SDI inputs.

Pearl-2 supports up to six simultaneous 1080p30 video inputs and up to six encoded 1080p30 channels. Counting its two USB (UVC) inputs, Pearl-2 has eight physical video input ports in total: two 4K HDMI, two HDMI, two 12G SDI, and two USB.

Pearl Nano has no USB video inputs. Its video inputs are one 4K HDMI and one 12G SDI.

Pearl Mini and Pearl Nexus share the same video and audio input complement.

All Pearl systems capture only the first two channels (the first stereo pair) of an audio source, and none of them provide audio DSP such as a compressor or gate.
