30-day return policy (AV.io capture cards only)

End-user customers who buy directly from Epiphan can return AV.io HD+, or AV.io SDI+ capture cards up to 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping charges and less a 15% restocking fee (unless prohibited by law). Returns under the 30-day policy require an Epiphan-issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the return package, must be in the original packaging, and must include all items. All other Epiphan products are excluded from the 30-day return policy. Customers who purchased from an authorized Epiphan partner must contact the partner directly.
