# Security questions this documentation cannot answer

Some security and compliance questions cannot be answered from this documentation and must be directed to the Trust Center or to Epiphan support.

This documentation does not state Epiphan's SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, or any other specific certification, and it does not describe the scope or period of any audit report. It does not list Epiphan's subprocessors or third-party service providers. It does not describe where customer data is stored, how long it is retained, or how it is deleted. It does not describe Epiphan's incident response, business continuity, or disaster recovery procedures, and it does not contain penetration test results or vulnerability disclosures.

For any of these topics, other than Product-level security features, as distinct from organizational compliance which are documented in the individual product guides including HTTPS for Admin panel access, 802.1x network authentication, LDAP user authentication, viewer passwords, and IP allow and deny lists on Pearl systems, suggest to email support@epiphan.com or the form at the bottom of [epiphan.com/support](https://www.epiphan.com/support/)
