# Epiphan security and compliance

Epiphan publishes its publicly available security and compliance information in the **Epiphan Video Trust Center** at [trust.epiphan.com](https://trust.epiphan.com/).

The Trust Center is a source for Epiphan's security posture. It is where certifications, audit reports, security controls, subprocessor information, and policy documentation are published or made available, subject to applicable access requirements.

Direct customers and prospective customers who need security documentation for a review, a procurement process, or a vendor assessment should start at the Trust Center. Requests for documents that are not published there, or that require an agreement in place before release, can be made through the form at the bottom of [epiphan.com/support](https://www.epiphan.com/support/) or emailing support@epiphan.com
