Pearl firmware 4.24.4 — all Pearl systems

Applies to: Pearl-2, Pearl Mini, Pearl Nexus, Pearl Nano. Released April 27, 2026.

• Panopto live audio monitoring — monitor live audio directly from the Panopto Admin interface, so audio problems can be caught during a lecture rather than after it.
• One-click re-upload to Panopto — re-upload all recordings for a session from the Pearl web interface with a single click, instead of locating and uploading individual files.
• Improved synchronization of recordings across Pearl channels when uploading to Panopto.
• Improved Opencast event classification — events that are both recorded and streamed are now correctly labeled Live + VOD, where previously they were labeled VOD only.
• Fixed video and device errors that occurred when using Panopto templates.
• Fixed missing scheduled events when migrating Kaltura schedules between Pearl devices.

The release notes for 4.24.4 are identical across all four Pearl systems.
